Our Goals

To bridge the social and economic gap in female sports.
Our goals focus on inspiring and preparing female basketball players by documenting footage and partnering with media outlets to showcase elite talent in urban communities nationwide. We also aim to host workshops for high school students, equipping them with the knowledge needed for academic readiness, NCAA eligibility, and scouting service plans.
We recognize and educate by organizing “The Barksdale Women’s Invitational League,” which highlights post-graduate players and empowers them through partnerships with sponsors like John Hopkins, DT Truist Bank, and Health Solutions of MD, LLC. Our commitment is to offer valuable resources on proper diet, nutrition, mental wellness, and self-care in collaboration with Next Generation Therapeutic Services, providing services for 25 kids.
